Holy moly. The suspenders are even more gorgeous in person than on the site. I gasped aloud when I pulled them out of the package. The look, the feel, the smell, everything!
I bought them hoping that I could wear them backwards for a harness/sexy look and also in the intended way for a more subtle, understated look with a suit. I am happy to report that the suspenders work very well as a harness when worn reversed. I wore them that way, with the X back and chevrons in front, to Off Sunset, a Folsom Street style event. I got so many beautiful compliments on it from all kinds of random strangers. It’s definitely a unique and classy yet spicy look. While I do plan on taking very good care of them, they feel sturdy enough to where I am sure I will get years of wear out of them, both forwards with a shirt under and backwards without anything under.
